Life Lesson: Giving

December 17th, 2007 -- Posted in Article | No Comments »

Every time I look around it seems like someone is asking for help with something. Whether it is a world disaster relief group or the local hockey team asking for bottle returns everybody needs something.

I know there are a lot of people out there always asking you to
donate money to various causes so I purposed to not give you a
specific plastic surgey donation request. I am simply going to ask you to take sometime to think about the concept of giving.

-People or organizations ask you to give them something because
they need something you have. Usually the need is there because the person or organization asking makeup have enough.

-The fact that you qualify to be asked means you are living with a greater level of abundance than you require. This, in itself, is something to take note of. You have more than enough!

-Every time you give of your abundance you are:

1.Helping another fulfill the dream of having enough.

2.Planting a seed to get more abundance coming back to you.

3.You are confirming to yourself, and others, that you have more
than enough.

So the next time you hear someone asking you for something – money, help, prayers, a break or even just a request to hold a door open think about sharing your abundance.

There is always someone who needs something you have – consider
giving this week as you go about your business.
